2. Services

We provide floor screeding services including site visits, preparation, underfloor heating screeding, and liquid floor screed applications. All services are subject to availability and final confirmation upon booking.

3. Quotes & Payments

• All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are due as per the terms stated in your invoice.

• Full Prepayment will be required within 24 hours of the Pour Date to secure bookings.

4. Cancellations & Delays

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Delays caused by client-side access issues or incomplete site preparation may result in additional charges.

5. Liability

Tru Screed is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Delays due to weather or third-party service interruptions

• Incorrect information provided by the client affecting the job outcome

6. Intellectual Property
